🚛 Big upgrades in our Heavy Equipment Operations class!
Our new truck driving simulator is officially up and running, giving students the chance to build real-world skills in a safe, hands-on environment. Students will practice everything from backing and turning to shifting, braking, and driving in different road and weather conditions.
This is an exciting addition to our CTE program and another opportunity for Burney Jr.-Sr. High School students to gain career-ready experience and explore future opportunities in the trucking and heavy equipment industry.

Indian Parent Meeting

Second Annual San Francisco Art Field Trip: 29 BHS students and 12 FRHS students took a day trip to the de Young Museum in San Francisco on Friday, April 10th. They saw paintings and sculptures by artists they've studied in art class, including Georgia O'Keeffe, Mark Rothko, Edward Hopper, and more! They also enjoyed the new Arts of Indigenous America exhibit, took in the views of San Francisco from the glass observatory, and visited Pier 39 before heading home. This experience was approved by our student site council and paid for with Prop 28 funds.
